In 2017, I arrived in Canada with no network, no local connections, and no Canadian experience.

After going from a newbie with no job to AVP, VP, and Chief Brand & Growth Leader.

Today, I am grateful and honored to teach newcomers how to overcome that exact same reality.

The CMOs of RBC, Google, CIBC, Loblaw, Starbucks, and Bell Canada looked at every marketer in Canada and chose me to lead their Canadian Marketing Association as their Chief Brand and Growth Leader.

Later, at an AI SaaS startup, I drove a 368% increase in ARR from $3.2M to $15M in just 2.5 years, scaled the team from 15 to 75 people, and helped raise over $38M in Series A/B funding.

Today, I build world-class go-to-market engines for hyper-growth tech companies.

People do not buy WHAT you build.
People buy WHY you build it.

Whether you are pitching to a venture capitalist, an investor, or your next employer — standing out requires more than just code and a fancy pitch deck or resume. You must master how to position all three: your skill set, your mindset, and your talent set.

Because in a market full of brilliant coders, the best story still wins. It is time to stop waiting for opportunities and start creating them.
